We are all working hard to keep fulfilling your orders. Royal Mail are experiencing some delays so it may take slightly longer for your order to arrive.

We understand the sensitive nature of the products we provide, that’s why we ensure all packaging is discreet in plain non-identifiable packaging.
Our products are posted from the UK using the following Royal Mail delivery options based on product size and order value.
- Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Small Parcel - £5.99 (1-2 working days)
- Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Small Parcel - £2.99 (2-3 working days)
- Royal Mail 24hr Large Letter - £1.99 (1-2 working days)
- Royal Mail 48hr Large Letter - £1.49 (2-3 working days)
- Free Delivery – all orders over £60 in value
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Those placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, and any time Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that it is on its way to you.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to return your unwanted product to us unopened, in the condition in which it was sent and with the invoice. The additional postage cost of returning the product will be at your own cost.
We will check your package and refund the product price and an amount equal to the price of the cheapest postal method offered for the products; but if your delivery was free or you chose a more expensive postal method we will not refund any excess. We will then check your package and refund the product price within 14 days of us receiving it. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please can you make sure it is protected to prevent damage whilst it is being delivered.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please notify us and we will investigate with Royal Mail to resolve it as soon as possible. Royal Mail consider an item to be lost 10 working days after the due date.
Received the Wrong Items?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items please contact us within 5 days and post the items back along with your invoice. Once we have received the items, we will either exchange or refund your account, including the return postage so please include the postage receipt. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within two working days.
