We understand the sensitive nature of the products we provide, that’s why we ensure all packaging is discreet in plain non-identifiable packaging.

Our products are posted from the UK using Royal Mail's 24hr (£4.99) and 48hr (£3.49) tracking services. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. We aim to have your order safely in your hands within 2-5 working days.

 

No-Quibble 14-Day Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us, return the product unopened, in the condition in which it was sent and with the invoice within 14-days of you receiving the product and we'll refund the product price and postage.

 

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are posted the same day, and those placed afterwards will be posted the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.

 

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 working days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the rest of the world.

 

Received the Wrong Items?

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items please contact us within 5 days and post the items back along with your invoice. Once we have received the items we will either exchange or refund your account, including the return postage so please include the postage receipt. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within one working day.
