For those of you who don’t already know Kate. Kate is one our fertility experts; a registered Fertility Nurse Consultant and Fertility Coach with over 20 years experience in fertility and women’s health.


Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome affects 1 in 10 women globally and is a condition that can affect many aspects of a woman’s life including her fertility. Kate Davies along with 4 experts, will be sharing their PCOS knowledge with you. The challenge involves weekly live webinars on; motivation and emotional health, nutrition, exercise and weight loss and supplements and herbs for PCOS. During this challenge you will also have access to PCOS recipes and diet plans, a bespoke PCOS exercise plan, a downloadable meditation and more. Kate has also developed workbooks to accompany the webinars and for you to use at home.
