If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us, return the product unopened, in the condition in which it was sent and with the invoice within 14-days of you receiving the product and we'll refund the product price.
Delivery Times
We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day, however depending on what time your order is placed and current stock levels it may occasionally be the next day. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the rest of the world.
Received the Wrong Items?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items please contact us within 5 days and post the items back along with your invoice. Once we have received the items we will either exchange or refund your account, including the return postage so please include the postage receipt. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within one working day.
Do you live outside the UK?
It can take longer for us to receive your returned products, so please allow 21 days for us to process your returned items.
